Is punctuation really important?

Found these and they cried out 'Share us with others!' Hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

Dear John: I want a man who knows what love is all about. You are generous, kind, thoughtful. People who are not like you admit to being useless and inferior. You have ruined me for other men. I yearn for you. I have no feelings whatsoever when we're apart. I can be forever happy--will you let me be yours? Gloria

One more for you...

An English professor wrote the words, "a woman without her man is nothing" on the blackboard and directed the students to punctuate it correctly. The men wrote: "A woman, without her man, is nothing. The women wrote: "A woman: without her, man is nothing. Interesting...

I do believe I may have punctuated the "a woman without her man is nothing" quite like the women did. ....I mean, duh! :) Man IS nothing without his compliment. One would be a fool to say otherwise.

Happy newyear!

-Adam...I still don't get how to post this as anything but "anonymous". Oh well. I'm impressed that I finally know what a BLOG is.
