Rapid Development (Have our hearts and minds kept up?)

Our Holy Father is amazing. He just recently came out with more writings, a book called Memory & Identity and a document called The Rapid Development written to those responsible for media and communication. Just when the world mocks him as an old man who should just retire and let someone more 'capable' handle things, he does is again, and comes out with these two gems.
